Hi, new to forum. Have just bought 80 series 1993 model Auto Factory Turbo Diesel.
Hope to find out some info on getting best economy from it. Have read many varying litres per km.

Cheers

welcome to the forum. I found when I had my old 80 series that there was a noticable difference in fuel economy at 100km/h cruising compared to 110km/h. Mind you that was with a 1HZ to may not apply to the factory turbo engines

Welcome to the forum, as Shane said, speed has a lot to do with fuel economy as well as liberal pressure on the go pedal. They are aerodynamically similar to a brick. Plenty of expertise here on all aspects of being a proud 80 series owner.
