Anyone else tried these fellas, just bought a set in 315's 16". Awesome on road ie very little to no road noise, So far Great Offroad, just testedem at Landcruiser Park up Airlocker ave Camp rd New Hilux Hill etc with a drenching and were faultless so far...They have a 8ply side wall too on th 315's....very stiff but seemed to bag well.....Interested to see/here how they wear and if anyone has had any probs with them.

I had some 305/70/R16's on my 100 series IFS, and was so impressed with them I recently got some 315/75/R16's for the 80. I love them, like you said, quiet on the road, and did you notice the better steering from them, they seem to turn in so well and handle all road/track conditions. I can't say much for wear, on the 100 they were on a second set of rims, and I only did a bit over 6,000kms on them, couldn't say the on road/off road split, maybe 60/40 at a guess, but no unusual wear or chipping etc.

So Far, Brilliant...Very little tearing through rocky areas...awesome on road as you say, the side wall thickness helps the handling I think!. have a look at the ply thickness on em!!!.

Same here, about 20K so far, just back from Tassie towing a camper trailer fitted with the same. I've gone up a bit in road pressure, to around 37 front/40 rear and they are much quieter (was running low 32), but just a little bit harsher in the rear over small bumps so I might drop them 1-2 and see how it feels.
Funny they are not advertised or promoted in any mags etc, they are a bloody good tyre.
